Little  Nova Scotia Garden Cottage rental at Lavender Walk will steal your heart!

The spirit of romance envelops you as you make your way through the rose smothered arbor to this place of enchantment.

You will feel like you have walked into a daydream- a soft-faded palette, and gently weathered and patina’d antiques harmonize with rough hewn beams.

Sunlight spills in from two stories, every window framing a glimpse of the extensive English Country  Garden surrounding the little cottage.

The sleeping loft, a fairytale retreat is kissed with scents of lavender, long known to inspire dreams. A collection of 1800’s peignoirs, fragile treasures, whispers of the past lend a sweet elegance to the room. A french chandelier, just visible through the imperfect hand-blown glass softly illuminates the deep antique copper tub where a soak in fresh herbs turns ordinary things in life into something magical.

Step out onto the deck and your heart will lift with the rush of perfume and color. Roses are everywhere and fight for space with old fashioned favorites- delphinium, foxglove, hollyhocks and lavender.

There is no question- a stay at Little Garden Cottage at Lavender Walk is a prescription for happiness!

Little garden Cottage is a dream come true for gardeners, photographers, artists and writers.

It is a romantic cottage in a romantic setting with attention to detail-  lavender on your pillow, fresh flowers in every room and special treats you can only imagine came from an angel’s lunchbox

The Little Cottage is a 5 minute walk from the Bay of Fundy shore and a day-trip to just about anything that is interesting to see and do in Nova Scotia. If you like gardens, golfing, beaches, whale watching, sailing, shopping,or antiquing, we can tell you the best places.
